Orbit - the new Grammar Parent App is now live! 

We’re thrilled by the excitement at this week’s Orbit Hub at the Kiss and Go drop-off area, where 380 parents downloaded the new app in just the first week! We’re pleased to officially launch our new school platform for parents, designed to enhance how you access and manage school-related information. Developed by TASS, our current Student Information System, this new application—called Orbit—offers a more intuitive, centralised way to stay informed and connected. It replaces our existing Digistorm app, which is no longer available on Google Play and will cease to function from August. Orbit is built around the daily needs of parents, offering simplified access to school news, updates, and tools—including a direct link to GECO. Please download the new app over the holiday period to ensure a smooth transition.

Access to Campus 

Over the academic break, there will be a range of maintenance projects on campus. Should you need to access campus, please ensure you sign in through the Parent Reception at the front of the school. 

Campus Access over the Academic Break 

Please note there will be road works on campus from the 1st – 4th July, from the Grammar Way roundabout and along the Causeway. The campus can be accessed via Mons Road and around the lake road.   

At the commencement of Term 3, traffic and parking remain the same with no changes. 

• Tear Drop: Prep drop off and pick up only between 8:00 - 8:25 am and 2:45 - 3:10 pm. 
• Chapel: All year levels drop off and pick up 
• Kiss and Go: All year levels drop off and pick up 
• Secondary and Aquatic Centre: drop off and pick up 
• No parking in drop-off zones please 

Thank you for prioritising student safety and respecting our campus as a place where safety is paramount. We appreciate your cautious approach to our roads, crossings and roundabouts.

A reminder that school will resume on Tuesday, 15 July. We look forward to welcoming our students and families back on campus for Term 3.
