FROM THE DEAN OF CO-CURRICULUM

On Tuesday, our Year 6 Readers’ Cup team went to the annual competition at Immanuel Lutheran College. Our team competed against students from 30 other schools. In this fun and challenging event, teams read a selection of books and then worked together to answer quiz questions about them. 

Our team did a great job and came 16th out of 31 teams. They showed great teamwork, stayed positive, and represented our school with pride. It was a wonderful opportunity for them to share their love of reading and learn from the experience.

Deborah Abela, the author of the Max Remy super spy series and the Grimsdon series, was the special guest speaker who hosted the event.
