We are developing a suite of online forms for a range of Grammar documents. We are excited to share the digital Parent Volunteer Form and Student Driver forms.    

Accessing the Parent Volunteer Form: In line with our commitment to child safety, we kindly ask all parents to complete this form online each year. 

The link and QR code has been added to the P&F page, all co-curricular pages and the main co-curricular page. 

Student Driver Form: Student Driver forms are now on the Year 11 and Year 12 GECO pages. Mr Mayall and Mr Robotham will be sharing details with students on this process. 

• Open the Student Car Park Online form with your parents and read the Student Driver Policy 
• Complete the Student Car Online form with your parent/guardian  
• The application will be checked and approved by the Dean of Students   
• An approval email will be sent to you once all details are verified  
• Students are required to place a Student Decal on the top left-hand side of their windscreen for identification whilst on campus. Students will not be allowed to park on campus without the Student Decal. 

Pedestrian Crossings: 

The Logistics staff are working hard to ensure safe road crossing and traffic management whilst on campus. To help move cars off and on campus during heavy traffic flow, we will be asking staff and parents to wait at the crossing with students until the team is ready to hold traffic. Please help us to be good role models for our students and support our helpful staff on duty. 

To ensure the Kiss and Go junction flows smoothly, we will be ensuring students are crossing at the following designated crossing:   

• Oval Access: pedestrian crossing outside the Hall or before the Aquatic Centre car park 
• Chapel Access: pedestrian crossing at the roundabout 
• GELC/Lake Car Park: pedestrian crossing at the Kiss and Go Junction 
  

Traffic and Parking: Important messages 

• Traffic speed on campus is 15km per hour – please slow down.
• Collect Secondary students after 3:15 pm, please do not wait at the Chapel before this time 
• Follow directions from the traffic management staff to help support traffic flow 
• Parents may wait in a car park on the training oval or in student car parks whilst waiting for children to reach the Secondary pick-up area
