Our Secondary School Bel Canto Choir performed at the Dawn Service at Mooloolaba Surf Life Saving Club, and our Symphonic Band and Wind Orchestra performed at the Buderim Street March.
It was wonderful to see a large contingent of Grammar students at both Services again this year, and it is a privilege to stand alongside our Sunshine Coast community.

Lest We Forget.
It has been fantastic to see our students embrace week 2 and continue their learning with excitement. Year 2 took flight and embarked on their Geography Unit, exploring historical landmarks worldwide under the guidance of Captain Gemma O'Brien and Co-Pilot Phoebe Nance. Meanwhile, Year 3 enjoyed their excursion to Sealife, and Year 9 Visual Arts students welcomed ceramic artist Bonnie Hislop and learnt about the fundamentals of building and crafting their own creations.

We ended the week with our highly anticipated Japanese Children's Day Assembly, where we celebrated the rich Japanese culture and experienced traditional games and tasty treats. Thank you to our Language Department and Senior Japanese classes for organising a fantastic afternoon of activities that allow us to immerse in the Japanese culture.
